Skills necessary / requirements:
• Excellent inter personal skills
• Must have experience within similar position previously
• Production management experience including staff management, budgets, production workload management etc.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office packages
• Experience in electro – mechanical and hydraulics preferred
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Sales/ Purchasing experience desirable
Duties/Responsibilities
• Complete management of metal recycling production
• Pricing new contracts for commodities and dealing with suppliers
• Management f all employees involved in collection – production – deliveries
• Constantly reviewing production costs and improving efficiencies
