Senior Estimator - Education & Local Authority - West Midlands
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
Package: Car or allowance, pension, BUPA
We are currently working with a national contractor that have a new requirement for an Senior Estimator to join their established pre-construction team. The company have experienced a significant period of sustained growth and are looking for the successful Senior Estimator to price competitive tenders from £1m - £12m.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience as an Estimator.
- Contracting background is essential.
- Able to price from first principles.
- Knowledge of a bespoke estimating system such as Conquest or Excel.
- Educated to a high standard.
- Stable employment history.
- Commercially astute.
- Relocation will be considered.
