We have been in operation for over 30 years, and have built over 40,000 homes. we are looking for a Surveyor to join the South West Region in Bournemouth.
Responsible for the financial control of a contract from inception to completion, the successful candidate will be qualified to a minimum of HNC in building/surveying and have experience as a Surveyor in the housebuilding/construction industry.
Responsibilities will include budget preparation, procurement of sub-contractors and materials, preparation of cost/budget reconciliations and certification of sub-contractor payments and settlement of final accounts. Experience in these aspects is essential, as is a high level of computer literacy. Travel to Construction sites across the South West Region will be necessary.
