A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Junior Acoustic Consultant within the Bristol area. My client is looking to take on a suitably educated Junior Acoustic Consultant with particular interest and experience within the environmental and architectural acoustics sector. Any additional experience within the wind farm and renewable field would be highly advantageous

Salary: £17-22K dependent on relevant qualifications and specialism's + Benefits

Ideal applicants will hold
*A BSc or MSc in Acoustics or Noise and Vibration, or an IOA Diploma
*Full UK driving licence

Applicants must be self motivated, enthusiastic and capable of working alone.
It is imperative that candidates have strong communicative and analytical skills, with the ability to converse confidently with staff and clients. Knowledge of current UK and EU legislation, policy, and standards, and experience with acoustic modeling would be advantageous.

Typical duties in this role will include: supporting senior staff will all aspects of project delivery, acoustic data acquisition, modelling and assessment, and report writing.
