My client is a reputable major national building contractor who are based in the south with clients throughout London and the South of England. This award winning contractor and developer specialise in capital works, regeneration and support services company. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager who is capable of running a large regeneration project of 260 apartments in Greenwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager with regeneration or construction build experience to work for a major player in the market. The successful applicant will have good time served with a similar company and have Relevant CSCS card and 5 day SMSTS qualification. The candidate will also have good commercial aweness, and come with excellent leadership and support skill to motivate the site and labour force.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + package
