My client, a market leader in real estate investment and outsourcing are looking for a Ratings Surveyor to join their team on a FTC to cover maternity leave.
The role will be within the Tenanted and Commercial Property Management team who is responsible for the effective operation of Mapeleys vacant premises management, rating costs and mitigation, utilities management, insurance, service charge management and the quality and environmental management systems.
Day-to-day duties will include Business Rates, property income/savings, Property Management (Vacant Estate), Disposal Initiatives, property inspections and audit. The ideal Candidate will have sufficient experience in these areas and will report directly to the Senior Property Manager.
