Our client operating as a consultancy within construction and property consultancy are seeking a CDM Co-Ordinator.
The CDM Co-Ordinators duties are as follows:
-Site Visites
-Surveys
-Preparation of Pre Construction Information for tender purposes
-Preparation of Health & Safety
-Gathering information from Contractors and other sources
The ideal CDM Co-Ordinator must have:
-Previous CDM Co-Ordinator experience
-NEBOSH qualification
-Knowledge of Microsoft packages
-Good Communication skills
-Able to work to deadlines
The salary is between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum over 40 hour working week.
