Planning Permission Manager
I am working with a housing development company in the Thames Valley who are looking to add to their team.
Specialising in developing houses and small housing estates, you will be required to ensure that all planning conditions are met from the design stage to the preplanning and construction. Working alongside the construction and commercial teams you will make sure that the building construction starts smoothly and on time.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of planning and sustainable homes legislation. It is absolutely essential that you have practical experience of achieving success in this area.
It is most likely that you will come from a housing developer background and experience with a mid-size quality developer will be advantageous.
