Competent Engineering Technician required for multidisciplinary design department
My client are the design arm of a local construction company based in Norfolk providing architectural and engineering design assistance to the contractors within the group.
Their workload consists mainly of providing tender assistance, CAD drawings and value engineering advice primarily on external works projects such as drainage, roads, car parks and renewable energy projects.
Due to a continued increase in workload my client has recognised that they need further Technical assistance within their Engineering department.
That is why we are working with them on an exclusive basis to recruit an Engineering Technician to join their team reporting into the Engineering Manager.
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Technician to work with a Design Engineer and produce the CAD drawings and technical support on projects. They are happy to consider people from either Civil or Structural backgrounds - as long as you are used to working on a variety of projects with a fast turnaround.
