Our client is currently looking to recruit a Multi skilled Handyman to join their team based in Cambridgeshire.
The role will involve maintaining the clients estates which contains, commercial domestic and warehouse buildings. Duties on a daily basis will involve the following -
Repairs to damaged doors, window frames, roofs, slates and gutters.
Minor repairs to brickwork
Clearing gutters, replacing broken pipes, unblocking drains.
General plumbing duties
Checking water temperatures and recording them.
You will be ideally qualified in City and Guilds Level 3 within a specific trade, the role will also involve work on a cherry picker so holding the IPAF ticket would be advantageous.
