Site Manager / Assistant Project Manager required to work for medium sized main contractor on commercial refurb projects up to the value of £100k in London as No1 on site reporting into a Contracts Manager.
The role will be managing the day to day duties on site as No1 reporting to a Contracts Manager of commercial refurb projects in central London with visits to Head Office in South West London.
Candidates will also need to have a degree background with experience of running smaller projects as no1.
The ideal candidate will also need to be driven to meet deadlines and dynamic.
