Building Services Manager - Construction - Cambridgeshire
My client is a reputable main contractor who has a number of new and ongoing general build projects and is looking for a Building Services Manager to co-ordinate and oversee the M&E works.
Requirements
To be considered for this M&E Manager vacancy you must meet the following requirements:
-Experience of Building Services/ Technical Services Management working for a main contractor.
-Experience of tender stage and live works.
-Have worked on general build projects (Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Commercial Etc).
-Permanent track record of employment.
-Experience managing external consultants and M&E sub-contractors.
-Direct Main contractor background.
-Commutable to East Anglia / Cambridgeshire.
The ideal Building Services Manager will receive:
-£45,000 to £55,000 Basic Salary (Dependent on level of experience)
