Are you an experienced Business Developer in the Construction industry?
Do you have experience in building client relationships, gaining leads on new projects and managing the bid process?
Due to flourishing business growth this privately owned construction and FM business is looking to employ a BDM to focus on winning new business.
Reporting into the MD your focus will be to win new schemes in the education, Healthcare, hotel, leisure or commercial sectors valuing £10k - £2million per scheme.
This is a business has a very close knit team, giving great potential to benefit from their continued development and be a key individual influencing the companies success.
