This Health & Safety consultant job is with a prestigious sub contractor based primarily in London. They are looking for a consultant who is going to be a point of contact for the company on the issue of Health & Safety.
You will be required on an ad hoc basis, as and when needed, to advise on Health & Safety, look over policy and procedure to ensure compliance with safety regulations, as well as signing off on method statements. The role will be home based, with only the very rare need to come onto site, predominantly checking the documents from there.
The successful candidate will be Chartered, with good experience of Construction Health & Safety. They will have worked in a consulting role before and be happy with the ad hoc basis of the works undertaken.
