Senior Planner - Bedfordshire, UK
Cobalt Recruitment are working with a leading national main contractor with their search to appoint an experienced Senior Planner to work on bids and tenders ranging in value (up to £80 million).
Project types will include but not be limited to: Social Housing, Multi Storey Commercial buildings, Student Accommodation.
The position:
We are looking to speak with talented Build and Construction experienced Planners with both bid experience. Prospective candidates will have a can-do attitude and a track record of working with a house hold name within the build and construction sector.
The Person:
* Ideally hold relevant construction related qualifications
* Reside close to the Bedfordshire area
* Possess tender planning knowledge
* Google Sketchup experience
* Planning software experience
* Be articulate and have experience of producing method statements
