My client is looking for Building Services Design Engineer to join their team.
The successful candidate can come from either a Building Services or Public Health Engineering background.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Report to Facilities Manager, offering specific recommendations
Specialize in the Health and Safety aspects of mechanical building services engineering design.
Implementation of Air & Water Management Strategies.
Environmental Engineering (Workplace Health & Safety).
Workplace exposure monitoring (WEL).
Indoor Air Quality Assessments (IAQ)/ Legionella Risk Assessments.
Air Conditioning/Ventilation surveys.
Domestic Hot and Cold water systems surveys.
Audit and System Inspection.
