A brilliant permanent job opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a leading retailer based in their head office in Leicestershire. This role has an immediate start date so if you're interested please do not delay in applying.
The company have gone from strength to strength and in the last 10 years or so have acquired and opened up over 60 new stores across the country. Sites being anything from high street units to out of town retail outlets.
They now require a full time permanent building surveyor to join the existing property team to assist with the managing of the company's existing portfolio, in addition, to support the company in acquiring further units and seeing them through the fitout and opening of new stores.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified (RICS) building surveyor. Being chartered isn't essential for this position however it is desirable. A retail background would also be advantageous however anyone with strong commercial experience is encouraged to apply.
One essential criteria however is that you must be fluent in German. This is due to the company's head office being based in Germany, there will be regular communication coming from the head office and there may also be travel required to Germany.
