Our client is a company specialising in the façade sector offering a design service right through to the steel frame of a building. They have been established for over 50 years in all aspects of external and internal fit-out.
Due to the expansion of the Facades division they are looking for experienced Quantity Surveys who have worked for External/Composite Cladding and Envelope Contractors.
You will report directly in to the Commercial Manager on all aspects of the project labour & material costs. Site based or at the office ensuring all financials of the projects are with in the scope of works and pricing. Dealing with all variations and applications with the client and eventually final accounts for payments.
