About the client: The client which I represent is a nationwide top 10 housebuilder with a great reputation and an expansive portfolio of developments across the south-east and south-west of the UK.
About the project: This client has a project in Southampton which is due to kick off in roughly one month. It is a 300 unit scheme with 90 units of housing association apartments to be built initially. The construction is a mixture of 4 storey RC frame, and 3 blocks of timber framed apartments.
This particular job will last four years.
About the person: You will be an energetic and ambitious site manager who can drive the project and move into a project management role in the next couple of years. You will be professional and well presented, and ideally come from a background with a well known developer. Being close to Southampton will also help.
This role is paying up to £48k + Car/ Phone/ Benefits.
