Our client is a company specialising in the façade sector offering a design service right through to the steel frame of a building. They have been established for over 50 years in all aspects of external and internal fit-out.
Due to the expansion of the Facades division they are looking for experienced Commercial Manager who has worked for External/Composite Cladding and Envelope Contractor.
You will report directly in to the Director on all aspects of the project labour & material costs across all projects. They will be a mix of both Site based or at the office ensuring all financials of the projects are with in the scope of works and pricing.
You will have a team of Quantity Surveyors reporting in to you. Which you must managed to ensure the financial and cost delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for all legal and commercial aspects of contracts, so experience JCT or NEC would be an advantage
