Our Client is a Platinum Awarded Autodesk Partner specialising in the supply of innovative design technology and associated consultancy, integration and professional services covering Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Process and Plant and Structural Analysis.
Due to continued growth they require a AEC Application Engineer
5+ years experience within Architecture, Construction or Engineering disciplinary environment.
ONC/HNC or Degree in a building environment discipline (i.e. Structural, civil, mechanical)
Revit experience essential this role has a strong focus on delivering Revit training
Revit MEP knowledge desirable
CAD Experience essential
Solid Presentation Skills
Excellent report writing
Self motivated with a genuine enthusiasm for new technology
Prepared to travel
Key Accountabilities To be responsible for:
Providing pre and post sales support (including customer presentations and creating proposals) customising application software to meet customer requirements.
Providing ongoing product support and promotion in conjunction with the sales and technical teams.
Supporting customers and internal staff with technical queries face to face, by telephone and via email.
Organising and running technology workshops for new and existing customers to further enhance reputation as a leading advisor and consultant in the CAD market.
Being an ambassador for the company during all customer interactions
Supporting the people strategies, which hold the integrity of the group values.
Participation in Company projects as and when required.
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties within your capabilities that are relevant to the job and reasonably requested of you by your manager.
