My client is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work on an office refurbishment / Data Centre project in Berkshire.
Essential of this position:
- Candidates must have a solid background as a M&E Quantity Surveyor.
- Office refurbishment experience
- Experience with large scale projects e.g. 15 Million
- Must be able to interview asap and start by the latest - 1st of June 2012
Desirables of the position:
- A working knowledge on an MF1 contract - preferably version 5.
- Previous Data Centre work
Rate:
- Approximately £25 per hour, depending on experience
Duration:
- 12 months
