My client is an international Engineering and Environmental consultancy with a wide range of high profile clients. They are currently looking for an experienced, diligent Technician with specific experience in residential projects to join their busy South West office and work on a range of projects within the region
The ideal Infrastructure Technician will have a relevant educational background (HNC/BTEC) and will have a number of years experience in a similar position. You will have experience in the detailing of external works and drainage design on a range of developments, and will have specific experience in residential Plot Design. You will have a working knowledge of AutoCAD, PDS and WinDES, as well as S38 and S104 adoptions. You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and will be looking to progress your career in a global organisation.
The Senior Technician will enjoy a varied role and will be involved in:
*Highway design for estate roads
*Plot Design for residential schemes
*External works layouts
*Drainage design to Building Regs Part H and Sewers for Adoption
*Co-ordination of tender packages and adoption submissions for authorities
