In this role as Planning Officer for a local authority you will be processing planning applications and provide general planning advice to the public.
In addition you will be processing planning appeals and assist with the development of planning policy and associated documents.
As part of your role you will investigate breaches and make recommendations in respect of planning control.
It is envisaged that you will operate within a team dealing either with planning policy, planning enforcement or development control.
