A nationally recognised design & build fit out contractor are currently seeking a Project Manager, after securing a number of projects across the South East of England.
The Project Manager, number one on site, will be required to oversee a range of projects, which will include the fit out of commercial spaces, retail areas, healthcare centres and educational buildings. The Project Manager, reporting to an off-site Construction Director, will ensure all managers under his control are completing the projects to the highest of standards, within the time and financial restraints in place.
To be considered for this role, it is essential the Project Manager has a number of years` experience in a similar role, preferably working with a company specialising in the fit out sector. It is important to have a varied project history, and be able to show examples of leadership qualities in relation to previous projects.
