Pre-Contacts Manager D&B Fit out West London excellent Package
We are looking for a Pre-Contracts Manager to join this busy and growing specialist interiors contractor who excel in fast track Design and Build contracts.
This front end role will require someone with good all round experience and a capability to juggle many tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively with the sales team and co-ordinate initial site visits, in order to gain a thorough overview of the project and set targets and timescales and to identify the project requirements. With close liaison between the design department and project management teams put together an accurate contract document and prepare handover for implementation and build, ensuring the programme is achievable and then met.
You must have a solid stable background with a leading fit out and interiors main contractor, ideally specialising in Design and Build contracts and working to tight timescales.
