About the Job:
One of the largest and most established civils contractors has secured a key civils and build contract that involves the decommissioning of a major power station in Essex. The initial phase will consist of a complicated civil, demolition and cladding contract valued between £22m and £25m.
About the Role:
The Commercial Manager will take the lead role in delivering these works, overseeing a commercial team and working alongside the Project Manager with the client to ensure successful delivery of the works. The role will see you being self-sufficient with the next reporting structure being the Divisional Commercial Director.
About the Candidate:
- BSc / HND / Professional Qualification.
- Ability to handle this size contract with past success.
- Excellent client interfacing skills.
- Strong NEC contract knowledge.
- Be currently working for an established civils contractor.
