Quantity Surveyor - Senior Quantity Surveyor : Path to Directorship over 5-7 years
The role that we have and indeed the opportunity that presents itself here are indeed unique. The Group that we represent are a relatively young trading business that has annualised turnover in the region of 15m pa. The Group is a RC works Contractor, Basement Works Contractor and General Builder and Structural Alterations Contractor. They have a trading history of circa 8 years.
The current group Commercial Director and joint owner of the business is seeking to employ a QS from either a civils, specialist civils or indeed a build background to mature them and shape them into the lead commercial role in the business. It is envisaged that this process will take up to 7 years but this can and should be fast-tracked if the commercial acumen and ability of the individual at hand is sharp enough.
You will have a degree in a relevant QS course. You will have at least 5 years post grad experience and a career of note. Again this is an exceptional prospect and represents an opportunity to be fast-tracked into a Commercial Leaders role - the future rewards and the future in terms of industry recognition are exceptional.
