Senior Planning/Planning Manager - Heavy Civils, Plant - South West
My client is a main contractor specialised within the infrastructure and power industry. As a result of winning further long term projects they are now seeking an experienced Senior Planner/ Planning Manager to lead the team on this new workload.
The candidate will be mainly site based working on a new build concrete Energy from Waste Plant. My client requires somebody who has direct experience on this kind of scheme/project or likewise somebody with a Heavy Civils/Energy and Power background with a transferable skill set.
Requirements for application to be considered:
- Senior Planner / Planning Manager Experience
- Civil Engineering background (general civils, trenches, highways, tunnelling)
- Degree Educated and preferably a professional membership
-Knowledge of M+E and infrastructure of Power stations
-Experience Programming and Monitoring engineering type projects up to £50m
- Proficient in Primavera P6.
The Role:
You will be responsible for scheduling, creating cost and resource loaded programmes, monitoring/updating programmes, Critical Path, S Curves and Earned Value Management
The ideal candidate will receive:
