This is a great opportunity to join a refreshed and refocused Property team. As the Construction Project Manager/Team Leader you will take responsibility for the delivery of new and planned capital projects and manage a team of construction professionals. A good team leader, you’ll take full control, promoting best project practice and acting as an ambassador for Property Services. With a strong background of building construction, procurement, contract and project management, you’ll ideally hold a professional qualification (CIOB/RICS) and have senior level experience gained within the construction industry.
