Projects Manager for Groundworks Contractor. Live requirement for Essex based Contractor, established in the nineties. This Projects Manager’s role has arisen through winning new work with imminent start dates and is mainly Groundworks & RC orientated. You will be covering work in London and the south-east.
Projects range from a £250k small works to £3-4m major packages. Work is a mixture of Private, Residential, Commercial and Local Authority schemes. The Company have very capable Site Managers and requires a Projects Manager to co-ordinate and organise all the contractual paperwork on the various sites.

· Groundworks
· RC frames
· Basements and Specialist Underpinning
· Drainage and External Works
· Ground Improvements
Reporting directly to a Director you will be in a position to benefit as the Company grows, they are engaging in a structured expansion and growth programme.
Your Profile. Civil Engineering Degree, a good track record of working with a recognised main or sub-contractor in the Civils or Groundworks arenas where you may have been a No.2 on a large project and be seeking a chance to progress or have already run projects on your own. You must be strong in both written and oral communication; fully IT literate, able to drive with current CSCS and SMSTS certification.
Salary package to include bonus/incentives, from £50-60k with a car or allowance. Fully IT conversant, you will have good oral and written communication skills.
