Planned Maintenance Cyclical repairs etc
Planned Maintenance is primarily based upon External Fabric Repairs i.e.

• Cyclical Painting
• Building Repairs

We are looking to recruit from this sector only - Painting & Decorating/Planned Maintenance

Successful candidates need to have a background in Cyclical Decorating, Cyclical Repairs and Refurbishment contracting.
