Our client is an independent professional construction consultancy who provide a range of specialist services for building and civil engineering projects. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in their London office. The role will involve working on a range of predominantly commercial building projects and is likely to include a number of schemes within the residential, retail, hotel and factory sectors. Suitable candidates will be capable of delivering the full range of Quantity Surveying services from taking off to project monitoring and are likely to be either chartered (MRICS or equivalent) or effectively qualified by experience. The successful applicant can expect considerable scope for career development within a highly meritocratic working environment with opportunities to undertake client facing, business development and managerial roles from the outset. This is a permanent position which attracts a salary of circa £40k.
