BREEAM Consultant

A fantastic position has become available for a BREEAM Consultant to join an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy as part of their Sustainable Buildings team in Oxford. The successful BREEAM Consultant will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high profile projects in numerous sectors.
Qualifications: In this instance candidates are sought with a BSc / BEng (or equivalent) and will ideally have an MSc /MEng qualification. It is anticipated that the successful BREEAM Consultant will be accredited in one or more schemes.
Location: Oxford
Experience: For this role it is anticipated that the successful BREEAM Consultant will have a relevant consultancy background and will have demonstrable experience in the management and deliverance of numerous BREEAM projects. Applicants who have further experience of working with SBEM assessments / energy statements / renewable energy feasibility studies will be at a advantage.
Duties:
- Undertaking BREEAM assessments
- Advising clients on all areas of sustainable design
- Client liaison
- Project management
- Report writing
