With sites been leased and purchased across the country a Acquisition / Development Manager is required to support the project life cycle in the pre acquisition and construction phases.
The role will be responsible for managing the due diligence of potential sites and the finance negotiation should projects go ahead. The role will be supported by those who find the sites and the Project Managers.
The role is based in London will travel through out the UK.
Person Specification:
*Successful track record in site acquisition and closing deals
*Experience in due diligence and finance
*Construction or Finance related formal qualification
*Ideally a professional chartership
*Initiative, a can do attitude and a high desire to succeed
*Self starter and self motivated
