The role is based in London will travel through out the UK.
*Develop policies, processes and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative and contract requirements are fulfilled
*Manage day to day operations of the Asset Management organization providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
*Maximize total return for each asset through the analysis of system efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
*Monitor and control all financial budgets
*Develop and distribute asset management reports to management, banks and other stakeholders
*Develop and implement new KPIs for the management of operational assets, as required
*Monitor and influence all maintenance and operations and maintenance activities for the assets
*Maintain and grow good relations with all contract parties
*Manage and co-ordinate potential contract modifications
*Provide assistance in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions, and supporting the effort of originating and negotiation of debt financing
*Negotiate and communicate with all parties in the process of acquiring or disposing of assets to ensure that the best possible agreements financially is settled
