By their very nature, the schemes our client are involved in are complex, challenging and logisitically difficult to deliver. From the outset the successful candidate will face the demands of heavy civil engineering and r/c frame construction, before going on to having responsibility for architecturally impressive cladding, significant M&E works, and a stunning array of high end interior finishes.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of Project Managing mid-high rise commercial or development projects in brown field locations. You must be a superb communicator with outstanding presentation skills and possess the skills to naturally converse with project stakeholders.
