Our client is a Major plc that operate in the UK and internationally on building projects from £15m - £200m. Due to the volume of recent bids and wins they are looking to bolster their Building division with an experienced Project Surveyor.
You will responsible for managing the project finances and contractual obligations internally and externally, including all subcontract packages as a member Project Team within prescribed financial margins of the project to the satisfaction of internal and external clients and within the companies financial targets.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Experience of running projects as the No 2 position on large projects
- Previous experience at QS level running significant multiple subcontract packages £10M+Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law
- Experience with Design and Build forms of contract
Qualifications:
- MRICS desirable.
- Degree or equivalent in commercial related subject
