A regional general building and refurbishment contractor are currently seeking a Site Manager, to join their team based in their East Sussex office.
The Site Manager will be responsible for a number of building and refurbishment projects, covering sectors including residential, educational, healthcare and commercial. The Site Manager will be responsible for all subcontractors on site; ensuring works are carried out to the required standard, within the necessary time frames.
To be considered for this role, it is essential the Site Manager has a solid history working with general building contractors, in project ranging from £500k up to £6m. The Site Manager must have a steady CV, ideally working with similar sized companies for a lengthy period of time. A CSCS Card is essential, along with SMSTS and recognised First Aid qualification.
