A leading process automation manufacturer requires the services of a Maintenance Planner to join their business with a particular focus on a baggage handling system at a Heathrow Terminal.
Key Skills Required:
- Engineering knowledge
- Automated Material Handling Systems
- MAXIMO knowledge
- Solid understanding of maintenance planning
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities include:
Developing a hybrid maintenance strategy considering frequency/condition based techniques; Ensuring planned maintenance works in harmony with the operations plans; Daily administration of the client's maximo database; Communicating maintenance plans with end client & suppliers; Analysis & regular reporting on planned maintenance; Co-ordinate the site maintenance works, including the opening & closing of Works Orders via AMS (Maximo); Development of maintenance strategy & ensuring all equipment is maintained to the appropriate level; Checking spare part availability against planned work; Assist with the maintenance of work programmes; Assist with the upkeep of maintenance documentation; Ensure compliance with associated site H & S regulations; Ensure technician accountability in matters pertaining to MJP's closeout; Participate in task related performance improvement programmes; Participate in work related training & individual improvement programmes; New assets are incorporated into planning process
