Our client is one of the world's leading construction groups with expertise in construction, development of commercial and residential projects and public-private partnerships and are seeking a Senior Engineer.
The duties for a Senior Engineer includes:
Develop good working relationships with consultants, sub-contractors
Make aware key issues and solutions in a proactive manner
Take a responsibility for compliance of engineering matters on site, including temporary and permanent works and overall structural safety.
Provision of reports and progress information to senior project management
Take responsibility for project budgets
Develop and maintain an integrated project programme,
Provide suitable bid support at tender stage
Take a proactive role in the development of Engineering
To provide support and development
The ideal Senior Engineer must have :
ICE Chartered Engineer
Experience of Site Engineering on commercial, private sector building projects
Experience of working on projects with complex inner city basement structures
Technical expertise in latest construction techniques
Self motivated, strong management and negotiation skills
Track record of project delivery
Relevant industry health and safety management qualifications
Salary range £45,000 - £65,000 per annum over a 40 hour working week
