A renowned and highly specialised acoustic team based in Slough is now looking to take on an Industrial Acoustic Consultant to support the pre-existing team with an increasing work load.
My client is looking to recruit a self motivated and enthusiastic Industrial Acoustician with between 1 and 5 years building and environmental experience and a BSC or MSc in acoustics. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of industry policy, standards and regulations, as well as strong IT competency (particularly with Cadna), highly developed Communicative skills, and a full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities of the role include assisting more senior members of the acoustics team working in the field and office, accurate data collection and interpretation, noise and vibration assessments, hand arm assessments, fan noise reduction, acoustic modelling , report writing, client liaison, etc.
