MRICS Senior Building Surveyor; based Northampton; salary up to £55,000 plus benefits
A National Practice with an established Building Consultancy business is looking to recruit a Senior Surveyor to their Northampton office. Reporting into the Partner, your role will be to support the team across a full range of commercial building surveying instructions whilst managing your own caseload of work.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Working with both Landlord and Occupiers
- Project Management and contract administration
- Dilapidations schedules and negotiations
- Assistance on commercial surveys
- Fire Insurance Valuations
- External refurbishment and decoration projects
- Other general building surveying duties
You must be able to demonstrate proven experience in the above areas along with an ability to lead projects and coordinate a range of other commercial requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team which has ambitious expansion plans going forward.
