NEW! My client, a highly regarded and well established national Building Consultancy, are seeking an experienced MRICS chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Surrey. The firm is experiencing a current restructure and as such a superb opportunity has been created for a chartered Building Surveyor to make their mark on the business.
The role will be incorporated into the existing building consultancy team, with the aim of providing high calibre professional advice to clients. Work will primarily be in the Commercial and Education sectors, undertaking office, retail and other refurbishment, alteration and fit-out projects, reinstatement of commercial buildings, contract administration, dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, employer's agent, condition audits and party wall advice.
The successful candidate will be MRICS chartered with at least 6 years PQE. You may be required to mentor new graduates so evidence of management and interaction with graduate level Surveyors is a plus.
