Contract Manager Response Maintenance in Didcot: Contracts Manager in Didcot
My client are a muliti-discilplinary contractor who are looking to recruit a Contract Manager for Response Maintenance to run and support the management team to successfully undertake from inception to completion the management of the project works that include, Responsive Repairs, Voids and Legal Disrepair in both non-housing and housing buildings, including major works.
A major responsibility for the role is to ensure that projects are delivered profitably within defined levels of expenditure, time constraints and quality. Planning and programming workloads ahead to ensure correct job progression; all materials and information are available to the cost centre teams when required, including pre-ordering and kitting of materials. You will also be required to carry out on-site inspections and investigations as necessary to prepare reports/ offer solutions for improvement.
Essential requirements are:
HNC / HND Level Qualification
IOSH Managing Safety
UKATA Asbestos Awareness
Basic First Aid for Appointment
Computer competency in Excel / Word / Outlook
Salary £35,000 - £40,000 + Package
