My client who is a well-known contractor specialising in tall building design and construction are looking to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager to be based in London.
Main Responsibilities include:
*Manage Trade Contractors both on site and Head Office.
*Chair weekly Trade Contractor Co-ordination / Programme.
*Liaise with Cost Managers to manage budget/variations.
*Ensure all Methods Statements, Risk Assessment and COSHH data sheets are issued to the Senior Construction Manager as the project progresses and prior to works taking place.
*Liaise with Shell and Core Services team to ensure co-ordination.
*Ensure all services installations are correctly co-ordinated and installed in accordance with design.
Essential Criteria for this role include:
*Significant experience in managing or supervising site construction work, preferably on large scale projects dealing with highly serviced buildings is essential.
*Relevant trade qualifications or academic qualification is essential.
