A leader in residential developments has a permanent job opportunity for a residential Senior Site Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created position due to recent regional growth. This permanent Site Management job is an ideal job for a Senior Site Manager within a national or regional developer. Responsible for traditional build projects and sites across the East Midlands you will play a vital role in the success of sites. Sites within the East Midlands typically range from 12 to 250 plots with a range of over 22 house designs to produce. It is a busy and challenging role that requires the highest attention to detail, outstanding management of health and safety and co-ordination of activities on site. Our client seeks to achieve numerous awards over the coming years for quality of work and applicants with recognised awards or accreditations would be of particular interest.
Ideally you will be a Senior Site Manager with experience of developments valued £20m-£30m. You should be able to demonstrate tight control of site budgets and delivery within agreed KPI's. Customer aftercare is a priority so your management expertise will be required to ensure that customers move in with little or no need for post completion repairs.
Applicants for this post must have experience of managing sites from engineering, foundations and build as our client manages construction of their sites from groundworks to handover. Your developments will be based in Leicester, Derby and Nottingham.
