Contracts Manager - Fitout
A leading contractor within the retail construction industry is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their busy team. This contractor specialises in partitioning and suspended ceilings for a number of high profile clients and they are ideally looking for someone from a similar background to help them continue their success.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Contracts Management, which in the most part is office based rather than site based. They will have the ability to manage multiple fast-track projects, manage subcontract labourers and external suppliers, be able to deal with all liaison between clients and staff to ensure quality of service and cost, to provide support to all on site staff and ensure all levels of health and safety are met and be able to work as part of a team in order to deliver the best service possible.
You must be prepared to work away from home during the week if needed (dependent upon the client) and work unsociable hours if required as the contracts could be nationwide. Experience from a retail background would be of a great advantage.
