Local authority in West London has an immediate requirement for a Lift Engineer who will be responsible for the specification and maintenance contracts for mechanical and electrical lift services with the borough`s housing stock.
You will plan and manage maintenance and servicing programmes for all lift installations, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations, keeping to pre-arranged budgets.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Contract - three months, could be extended.
