A civil engineering and construction contractor working within the rail and transport sectors are currently seeking a Project Manager, to join their team based in the north west of Kent.
The Project Manager will overlook a mix of new build, civils, enabling works, and steel fabrication / installation, mainly within the rail sector, across the South East of England. The Project Manager will be required to run all activity on site, programme works in the most efficient manner, implement all Health & Safety processes on site, and liaise with clients / superiors on the progress of the projects.
To be considered for this role, it is essential the Project Manager has a solid career path, working with contractors who are involved in works as described briefly above. It is important that experience has been had working for contractors on behalf of the likes of London Underground / Network Rail, and are knowledgeable of the processes involved in such environments. A First Aid and recognised Health and Safety qualification(s) are essential.
